Questions Managers Ask

Does fixRAgent integrate with my property-management software?

No. fixRAgent has no integration with AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager, Entrata, Rentvine, DoorLoop, Propertyware or Property Meld: it reads nothing from them and writes nothing into them, and it has no marketplace listing or certification with any of them. It works beside them: a resident sends a photo, you read the Triage Profile, and you paste its link or its fields into the work order you open there now.

What do I paste into the work order?

The Triage Profile link, or its few short fields: what it is, one of four urgency words (EMERGENCY, TODAY, THIS WEEK, WHENEVER), the trade to call and a line to say to the resident. A developer can instead call the fixRAgent API, which answers in one fixed JSON shape, and map it to your own fields.

Does it matter which software or plan I use?

No. You use fixRAgent the same way beside any of the eight, on any plan you have there.
