Help

Every question a photo raises has an answer on this site. The common ones are here, each with the exact page that answers it. Anything else, write to us.

Stuck, or something on the card looks wrong? Write to support@fixragent.com.

A founder reads every message and replies within one business day.

The card

How do I get a card?
Drop one photo of the problem on the landing page. In about ten seconds the card says what it is, how urgent, who to call and what to say. No sign-up. If you are the one fixing it, the handyman door prints the card with your name on it.
What do EMERGENCY, TODAY, THIS WEEK and WHENEVER mean?
Four tiers, one rubric. The severity section of the docs defines each tier and the floor that forces EMERGENCY when the photo shows wiring a person could touch or water near electrics.
Something on the card is wrong.
Write to support@fixragent.com with the diagnosis_id printed at the foot of the card. That id points a founder at the exact read, and what you tell us becomes the next correction to the engine.
Where did my photo go?
The metadata is stripped on our server, the cleaned photo is read by the model, and we keep the answer and a hash of the photo, never the photo bytes on that path. What happens to your photo has the full route; the privacy policy has the table by door.

Email and follow-ups

I asked for the card by email. What arrives?
The card itself, then for that one repair up to three short follow-ups, each with a one-line unsubscribe. Section 4 of the privacy policy lists them.
How do I stop the follow-ups?
The one-line link at the foot of any of them stops the emails for that repair or for your address altogether, in one tap.

Your data

How do I get my data deleted?
Email legal@fixragent.com from the address you used, or give us the diagnosis_id. We act within 30 days and tell you when it is done. Section 9 of the privacy policy says exactly what deletion removes and what it leaves.
What do you keep, and for how long?
The retention table in the privacy policy lists every class of record and its period.

The API

How do I get a key?
Leave an email and one line on what you are building on the request-a-key form; a person reads it and replies with the demo key.
Can I try it without a key?
Yes. The mock call returns a captured reply with the same shape as a live one, so you can build the whole client first.
What do the errors and limits mean?
Errors lists every code with a captured body; the three guards explain the per-connection, per-key and per-day limits and what each answers with.
Where are the terms for API use?
The API terms, alongside the terms of service.

Putting the card on your own page

Can my team use this on our site?
One tag puts the photo drop on your landlord, property-management or maintenance site; every card carries your site's name. The embed page has the tag, the options and the list of what we record.
Is the site up right now?
The status page reads the site and the triage door live from your own browser and says what each read proves.

The people behind it

Who runs fixRAgent?
Two owners who ran their own buildings. Humans names them; Now says what is being built this week.
