Fix of the Week · first feature coming soon

Everybody hears about the bad reviews. This Is The Good Stuff.

From fixRAgent. Built by property managers, for property managers. We read residents' Google reviews and shout out the maintenance crews they keep thanking.

Our own rentals Gut rehabs and every repair in between

Before fixRAgent, we were the crew. We did the work ourselves, so we know who really keeps a place running.

Something breaks. Somebody shows up.

That's the story we look for in reviews. Before fixRAgent, that somebody was us. We did gut rehabs and kept our own rentals running ourselves.

After
  1. Something breaks
A storm, a leak, a furnace that quits.
  2. It gets called in
They tell the office. The office tells the crew.
  3. A crew shows up
They fix it, and they finish the job.
  4. Somebody says thanks
On Google, and sometimes by name. That's who we feature.

The pictures are illustrations.

We read the reviews. Here's what we count.

When a company is featured, its real numbers go here, dated the day we read them. Never rounded up.

Residents don't write five stars about a fence. They write it about the person who showed up and finished the job.

The fix is half of it. The other half is hearing back.

The crews we look for have one thing in common: the resident never wondered if anyone was coming. That starts the minute the photo comes in.

That's the part fixRAgent does. A resident snaps a photo. In about ten seconds you know what it is, how urgent it is, who to call, and what to tell them.

How a crew gets picked. Their say-so first.

1. We read the reviews

Public Google reviews from the last year. We look for residents thanking maintenance for a real fix.

2. We ask first

No company goes up until it says yes. The company sees its page first and OKs every line. A team member is named only with their own OK.

3. Residents stay private

We never show a reviewer's name. Every quote is credited to "a resident on Google."

4. Tell us and it comes down

Featured and want something changed or removed? Tell us and it comes down. No questions.

Know a crew that follows through?

Managers, residents and vendors can all nominate. Tell us who fixed it and what they did. We'll read their reviews and ask the company before anything goes up.
