Delete my data

Give us the email address you used with fixRAgent. We send a confirmation link to it. Nothing is deleted until you open that link and press the button on the page it shows.

What deletion removes, and the few things we keep on purpose (the record that you asked, the consent record, and the unsubscribe record), are set out in §9 of the Privacy Policy.

Only have a card id, or a device id from your browser? We cannot check those are yours on their own, so write to legal@fixragent.com quoting it, and a person will do it within 30 days.
