The humans behind the name.

fixRAgent is Russ and Ali. We've spent years fixing our own buildings, and we built the tool we wished we'd had.

The name, up close.

Look closely. We signed it.

Two copper letters, R and A, on a black stand. A brass tag on the R reads RUSS; a tag on the A reads ALI.

From our desk to yours.

The Bottleneck Isn't the Repair. It's the Intake.

For years, every late-night leak, dead water heater, and "it's making that noise again" text came directly to us.

As hands-on operators, we realized the biggest margin-killer in property management isn't the physical work. It's the intake. It's the first five minutes spent staring at a blurry resident photo at 2 AM, trying to decide if it requires an expensive emergency dispatch or if it can wait until Monday.

So we engineered a system to automate that exact decision. One photo in. A standardized Triage Profile back: What it is, how urgent it is, which trade to call, and what to tell the resident.

We know operators don't want another dashboard. We built fixRAgent as scalable infrastructure. It sends the triage data where your team already works—by email, into your queue, or through our API, which your developers can connect to the work-order software you already use.

We aren't Silicon Valley developers guessing at real estate problems. We are operators and engineers building the exact intake plumbing we wished we had.

Our own work, start to finish.

One of our laundry rooms. We did it ourselves, like most things.

Hanging drywall, the two of us.
The laundry room before: peeling ceiling, old cabinets, washer, dryer and water heater
01Before
The same room torn out, debris across the floor
02Torn out
New walls up and painted, a step ladder and paint buckets on the floor
03Rebuilt
The finished room: new floor, white walls, water heater in place
04Done

Every photograph came from a building we own.

What we hold to.

A dark glass speech bubble glowing red from inside
01

The resident's words count.

When a resident says there's no hot water, we believe them, even if the photo can't show it.

A glass gauge with its needle resting in the calm blue zone
02

Calm, unless it's urgent.

Most requests can wait for the week. We say so, and save the red for real emergencies.

An open glass envelope with a glowing amber letter rising out
03

A person reads every message.

A founder reads every message and replies within one business day.

A scale-model rental house with green-lit windows and a small open toolbox at its door
04

By property managers, for property managers.

We built it for the job we know, because we do it.

A laptop with a video call waiting to start, two steaming mugs and a stack of work orders with colored urgency tabs

Twenty minutes, both of us.

Bring a few of your own work orders. We'll go through them with you, on screen.

Or write to support@fixragent.com. A founder reads every message.
