Snap to fixRAgent: one tap from your iPhone
Build one shortcut, once. Then a photo from the Share sheet, the Action Button, or a double tap on the back of your iPhone opens its Triage Profile: what it is, how urgent, who to call.
Or email the photo instead: photo@intake.fixragent.com. The Triage Profile comes back by email.

No shortcut? Email the photo
Works on any phone, from any mail app. Attach one photo and send it to:
photo@intake.fixragent.comIn Photos: tap Share, tap Mail, and put that address in To. The Triage Profile comes back to you by email.
What the shortcut sends
One photo, made smaller on your phone first, to fixragent.com/api/shortcut-in. Nothing else: no contacts, no location, no account. The answer is the photo's Triage Profile page, which the shortcut opens in Safari. We store the photo; Google keeps prompt, response and photo for 55 days. Privacy.
Fire, gas, someone hurt: call 911 first. fixRAgent routes a repair job; it does not replace an emergency call.
If it did not work
The shortcut always opens a page. If it opened this one with a note at the top, the note says what happened. The usual fix is the step named there. A shortcut that asks “Allow Snap to fixRAgent to connect to fixragent.com?” the first time needs Always Allow.
