- If you want AI inside the system you already run, start with your platform's own features, such as AppFolio's Realm-X, or MagicDoor's and Rentvine's triage.
- If you want someone else to take on intake and vendors, compare the coordination tools: Latchel, Property Meld, Lula, Vendoroo. Taskade offers a general-purpose AI template for the same job.

AppFolio says its Realm-X Maintenance Performer reviews photos and classifies urgency inside AppFolio. MagicDoor says it triages every request with urgency scoring. Latchel says its troubleshooting collects photos and videos. fixRAgent reads a single tenant photo and returns what it is, the urgency, the trade and what to tell the tenant, and works alongside any platform.
Is fixRAgent a property management platform?
No. It is a visual triage layer, not property management software: it does not run work orders, leases, vendors or accounting. One tenant photo in, a Triage Profile out, and you keep using the platform you have.
Does fixRAgent integrate with Buildium or AppFolio?
Not natively today. It runs alongside them: you read the Triage Profile and open the work order in your platform. A direct Buildium connection is built and needs Buildium Premium, but it has been proven only in our own Buildium test account and is not open to any manager account yet. There is no AppFolio connection.
