Step 01 of 05

Make a key for fixRAgent.

Make the key in Buildium, then tick these seven permissions. Each line says why we need it, and nothing else is asked for.

    Step 02 of 05

Paste the key. We check it, you watch.

Checking only reads. Nothing is written to your Buildium unless you turn it on in step 05.

    Step 03 of 05

Here is what we can read.

Work orders created before you turn this on are never read for a Triage Profile. While connected we also read, for work orders that carry our Triage Profile: their status history, the resident’s request text, the vendor and its trade, and any bill linked to them. We never store a resident’s name or contact details.

    Step 05 of 05

Turn it on when you are ready.

Delete the key in Buildium and everything stops.
